By proceeding with any online payment on the BreathX Systems website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways.

1. General

All payments made through this website are processed via secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways. BreathX Systems does not store or retain your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

2. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may be exclusive of GST, installation, freight, or commissioning charges unless explicitly mentioned.
• Applicable taxes will be added as per Government of India regulations.

3. Payment Confirmation

Successful payment confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS. Order processing will begin only after payment is successfully received.

4. Order Acceptance

BreathX Systems reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any order
• Cancel transactions in case of pricing errors, technical issues, or regulatory restrictions

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of:

• Duplicate payment
• Failed transaction where the amount has been debited
• Order cancellation by BreathX Systems

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch timelines depend on product availability and regulatory documentation. Any delivery delays due to logistics, force majeure events, or government approvals shall not attract penalties or compensation.

7. Warranty & Service

Warranty terms are product-specific and provided with the product documentation. Online payment does not alter or extend standard warranty terms.

8. Fraud Prevention

BreathX Systems reserves the right to:

• Verify customer identity and transaction details
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

9. Limitation of Liability

• Payment gateway downtime
• Network or banking failures
• Unauthorized use of payment credentials beyond its control

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
